Shipping & Tracking Information

It's easy! When ordering, follow these simple steps:

  1. Our friendly Automatic PMT Selected System will appear at the top of the shipping section with Free shipping. Iforders equal $39.00 or more.We use USPS Priority Mail (Avg. 2-3 Days Delivery) for orderd under 5 lbs. If order is over 5lbs. we use UPS or DHLGround. Of course, you may always choose Next-Day or 2 Day shipping, but Next-Day and 2 Day shipping are not included in our special promotion - in other words, it won't be free.
  2. Complete an order (before sales tax or shipping is added in). Our Automatic Shipping method will select the free shipping for your order.
  3. Xiertekusa.com Online Store will ship your order via Ground for free (Lower US48 states only). For our Alaska or Hawaii customers it might cost a little bit more for Air delivery. Please call us for themost up to date rates. Ground is not available for AK or HI delivery.
  4. Need to do DropShipping? Yes, we do drop ship for all of our customers inside the USA territories. Please fill out the 3rd parties/receiver's address on your shopping cart after checkout. There's a drop shipment sectionto fillout on the transaction form. You may also outline your requestor additional notes on the commentsection.

In stock items ordered Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped the same business day. Barring events beyond our control, such as severe weather, your order should arrive within1 to5 business days. Please keep in mind that some remote areas of the country may take longer to service. Offer valid for orders delivered or shipped to a recipient within the United States only.

Example:Southern CA (Avg. 1 Delivery Day ) Northern CA, NV, AZ, UT, (Avg. 2 Delivery days) OR, WA, ID, MT, WY, CO, NM, (Avg. 3 Delivery Days) TX, OK, KS, NE,SD, ND, MN, IA, MO, AR, IL, IN,OH, MI, WI, FL.(Avg. 4 days) All Other Eastern States (Avg 5 Delivery days).     • Shipment over 100 lbs. We use our reliable Trucking company (with insurance) We will use your requested trucking company at your request. Rates vary so please call our shipping dept. for details.

    • Foreign shipment. We use FedEx. International Express (Asia to USA) 2-3 Days. For RUSH Delivery on Networking products and others! the Flat Rate starts from $30.00.

    • Free Shipping: We useUPS Ground for most of our "Free Shipping"itemsbetween5 to99lbs.The arrival time to the final destinationare about the same as UPS-G.Somerestrictedor remote areas, we might use UPS-Ground or other carriers.Because it is free shipping Xiertekreserves the right touse the most reliable anddependable carriers to fulfillcustomer'sinquiry.
