Condition Definition

1.

Brand New

Perfect condition, never used. Item must be delivered in an unopened original package.

2.

OEM

It is an item (as defined above) but is in bulk packaging.

3.

Generic

It is a New item (as defined above) but is a generic version manufactured by a separate manufacturer or 3rd party.

4.

New System Pull

It is an  item, or parts, (as defined above) that has been removed or pulled out from a complete, new or nearly new system such as Dell, HP, Colone and etc..  

5.

Like  New

Item has been used slightly. It looks and functions identical to a New item (as defined above), but for some reason this item does not qualify as New. Item may not come in the original package. The UPC may have been removed from the item.

6.

Used - Very Good

Item looks and functions as if it were new, and has little marks or scratches. All parts, manuals, cables and software may or may not included with the item.

7.

Used - Good

Item works as new. Minimal cosmetic damage to product. Some wear and tear but not excessive. All parts, manuals, cables and software are not included.

8.

Used - Acceptable

The most important functions of the item work as new. Functions that don’t work should be described in detail in the description. May have some damage; some non-basic components may be missing.

9.

Retail PKG

Item does pack with original manufacture box with all accessories driver, cable and etc..  as well as new condition!
